Overpricing properties to buy a listing can be a costly mistake due to vacancies, while under renting will cost you in the long run.
Our Property Managers don’t charge to arrange maintenance. Our fees are fair and upfront, your weekly management fee includes us arranging the maintenance. We do add additional fees to arrange this, as this is what we see is what you are paying for us to do in the first place.
On the subject of Management Fees, our fees don’t have small print, or promises of renting your home in x days or we pay your rent, WHY? Because we are here to get you the RIGHT TENANT, not just any tenant and for you to know we are here to work for you.
