If you are after a rental appraisal, rest assured we will offer you honest and reliable feedback. With over 20 years in the Dunedin rental market, we know it is important to get the basic’s right. Overpricing properties to buy a listing can be a costly mistake due to vacancies, while under renting will cost you in the long run.
Our Property Managers don’t charge to arrange maintenance. Our fees are fair and upfront, your weekly management fee includes us arranging the maintenance. We do add additional fees to arrange this, as this is what we see is what you are paying for us to do in the first place.
On the subject of Management Fees, our fees don’t have small print, or promises of renting your home in x days or we pay your rent, WHY? Because we are here to get you the RIGHT TENANT, not just any tenant and for you to know we are here to work for you. Our Why
Our why is simple: we want our owners to have successful investment stories and peace of mind. Likewise, we want our tenants to have a house where they can build memories and create security.
Some people ask, "Why on earth would you do property management?" Well, we love it! Every day is different, while our style of property management is not TV worthy, it gets the job done, with a whole lot less stress on everyone.
Every day is different and fulfilling. One day, we are playing matchmakers, finding the perfect fit for both tenants and owners, the next day, we're problem-solving maintenance issues or renovating properties to maximise return on investment, and supplying quality rental stock to the Dunedin Market.
Our goal is to provide our owners and tenants with security and respect. By fostering successful investments and stable homes, we create a positive experience for everyone involved.
We are here to achieve the best results for your property, which means it is our job to treat your tenants with respect and good communication. Although we consider ourselves to be expert Property Managers, a lot of our role is to be people managers. We are here to create positive investment stories, and that starts with happy and respected tenants. Our role is to make unemotional decisions and give legal advice to ensure a harmonious outcome is achieved resulting in fantastic results.

Property Scouts advised us recently by phone that we had a roof leak in our rental property, and they managed to bring plumbers in and fix the problem on the same day - a huge relief for us. I had no complaints at all for the first few years, and the experience has been even more top-drawer since Donna Burns joined the team a few years ago. I've been expertly guided by the team in helping me with Healthy Homes requirements, as well as negotiating with the great tenants (which they found six years ago) when I had some kitchen renovations to do a couple of years ago.
